Room to rent in 3 bedroom townhouse in a gated complex with 2 other males in their mid twenties. Single bedroom, bathroom shared with one other person, room can come with a bed or without. Must be working. Rent is $180 per week, bills and internet separate, would be split between us. Must be respectful, not a party house but also don’t mind a casual drink now and then. Looking for someone asap and will be put on the lease (renewed 23/2), bond and 2 weeks rent will be $720 prior to moving in, please message for inspection.
