Hello, i am a 28 year old new zealander, i work at woolworths locally, and am out of the house for work 5 days a week. I am very friendly, and i keep a fairly tidy home, it’s not perfect but it’s rarely ever messy. i have a 7 year old daughter who may be visiting on rare occasion. i am a bit of a nerd, i love maths, computers, video games, and trading cards. I am not a heavy party person, but i enjoy the odd get together and a drink with some mates.

My other housemate is named Shane, he’s a very friendly older gentleman, and loves cricket, he keeps to himself a lot but he’s also great for a chat and a hangout, since we both work full time it’s pretty quiet a lot of the time.

I am looking for someone who is reliable and tidy with a steady job to move in as soon as possible after the aforementioned availability date.

Trying to fill in one bedroom of a 3 bedroom house, one bed is available if you need furnishings. A separate bathroom and toilet, a separate lounge and dining room, the local small shops are about 5 minutes walk and about 5 minutes drive from carindale shopping centre. The house has a large backyard, with a medium garage and off street parking. I have two cats, so being pet friendly is a must. Rent is including electricity, water, and internet. Four weeks bond is required to move in. There is also some storage available at the premises.
