Hi Guys, reposting again. The last person can’t move in before 30 July so looking for someone new to move in. Spare one room for rent in a cute two bedroom house surrounded by nature and next to the city in the Bardon / Paddington area. It’s a lovely area with lots of greenery and parks, close to bars/restaurants in Paddington, close to multiple bus lines into the city.
You will be sharing with one person only. I am Rjay and I work full time M to S. Looking for someone similar. I keep my place quite clean so looking for someone who cleans after themselves, doesn’t smoke, is fun, laid back and easy to get along with.
This is definitely not a party house, no drugs and no pets and no couples!
