Room for rent in Sunnybank Hills in a nice and clean house.

House is located close to Pinelands Rd, 5-min walk to 130, 140, 139, P141 bus stop. Direct buses to UQ (St Lucia), Griffith University (Mount Gravatt Campus), and Tafe Queensland (South Bank Campus) available.

Rent is $170/week, inclusive of utilities and internet. Bond is $300. Rooms are lockable, furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, chest. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area with a TV.

No pets allowed, non smokers please. No party house. Inviting friends is not allowed. All current housemates are females of East Asian backgrounds. We prefer to have international female students from East Asian countries such as Japan, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
