One room for rent downstairs in 4 bedroom Queenslander. Downstairs has kitchenette ( fridge, sink), bathroom, laundry and large living space.
Bedroom has large wardrobe with upper storage, hanging space and shelving. Room currently has a queen bed but if not required can be removed.
One other occupant upstairs, owner, who’s kids stay once a week and alternate weekends.
Kitchen upstairs, pool out the back.
On the Lutwyche/Windsor border so quiet with access to public transport, parks, Kedron Brook and city. $250 for single, $350 for couple. Includes all bills and wifi.
