Professional single Mum who lives with her 16 and 25 year old daughters would love to share their newly built house with a female. We live a very quiet lifestyle and love our dogs and cats. We have plenty of room with 3 living areas, all with tv’s and an entertaining area perfect for hosting bbq’s or a cheese platter. We have a pool and central air conditioning. The room is fully furnished or bring your own. Bills are included in rent. The house has a large kitchen with a butlers pantry perfect if you love cooking. You would be sharing a bathroom. Bath and powder room are seperate.
