Vacant bedroom available for rent. I have been living at the property for over Five years now and have two very fluffy Ragdoll cats- both heavily adored. My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking to find a replacement tenant to take over her lease. I’m currently in my final year of study but I’m also working as a supervisor at Coles.

I am looking for someone who is friendly and clean who doesn’t mind a chat now and then.

Located close to shops, major highways, takeaway outlets etc. We have a McDonalds and 7/11 just around the corner

– your own bedroom with built in closet and sliding mirror doors. Room is unfurnished

– Private bathroom to yourself including a bath shower.

– Reserved car park directly at front door.

-full furnished with appliances and TV to be shared.

– Third bedroom is currently used as a office, perfect for a current student.

– Two clean, friendly and gentle cats (care is provided by current tenant)

– Property is managed buy external company

– rent is $420 altogether

– Bond is $720 which will lodge with the RTA

Please note that quarterly water will be divided between the two tenants as well as electricity and internet.
