About this room

Available after March the 1st… located in wynnum west.. I am looking if there is interest in anyone renting this room. My preference is a single working person without animals. Double bed and mattress can be supplied and no lease required as I own the property. The room would also come with its own bathroom as pictured, bedroom has built in wardrobes and is air conditioned. The area is super quiet and security screens throughout downstairs. The price would also include all bills ie. electricity, unlimited nbn and water. Of course, You must supply your own food. The property is a 2013 build townhouse nice and clean. It’s close to Wynnum Plaza, Bus stops and Wynnum Central Train/CBD. For anymore questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. Parking is either visitor or street parking (50meters from door).
