About this room

1 lockable bedroom in a high set house in The Gap will be available on 19 December 2023. The room is fully furnished with air-conditioning, fan, king single bed , built-in wardrobe, computer desk, chair, bookcase and bedside cabinet.
Rent for a SINGLE person is $175 per week including electricity, water and unlimited internet. (use of air conditioning and heater are excluded). Bond of $350 and 2 weeks rent of $350 are to be paid in advance. This room is for a SINGLE person only.
Our minimum stay is 3 months.
The house is located in a quiet leafy suburb–The Gap, only 12km from brisbane city, 20 mins drive to city, 5 mins drive to The Gap Village (Coles, ALDI, McDonald’s, Chinese restaurants, Post office, banks, Pharmacy etc.），10 mins drive to Great Western Super Centre (WoolWorths, ALDI, Crazy Clarks, The Reject shop, Hungry Jacks, Subway，banks, restaurants etc.)
Only 3 mins walk to bus stop: Bus 385 runs every 15 mins at peak hours and also off-peak hours on weekdays and on weekends, 5 mins walk to other bus stop eg.Bus 380.
It is close to National Forest park and Enoggera Reservoir, which is good for cyclists.
No pet. No party. NO DRUG.NO ALCOHOLIC. Clean, tidy and quiet people are welcome.
