This is the biggest room in the house, approx 25 square meters. It has a walk in cupboard with shelves.

You own private bathroom and all bills included.

The house is located 2 min walk from bus stops, shops and schools all within walking distance (10 min).

It is a very quiet part of the street. It will suit anyone who appreciates peace, quite and privacy.

Please understand that I am looking for someone suitable to my lifestyle. I seldom drink (alcohol), do not smoke or tolerate any other drugs.

Due to my alergies, pets are unfortunately not suitable.
