Location: Burpengary QLD 4505 (near Caboolture)

* 3 mins driving to M1 highway

* 5 mins driving to shopping center (WWS/Coles/Asian Mart/Bank)

* 8 mins driving to station

– Double room(two single beds or one queen size bed)

$300 per double room

Bond $600 per room

* minimum stay 4 weeks

– Single room (one single bed)

$230 per single room

Bond $500 per room

* minimum stay 4 weeks

* stay more than 3 months, rent can be more cheap.

* 2 weeks notice before leaving. Will check the room, if no problem will return bond.

* rent includes water fee, electricity and WiFi.

* share the shower room and kitchen with other housemates.

* provide toilet paper, fridge, washing machine, and kitchen stuff(such as toaster, fry pans, bowls, plates, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker).
