Room for rent in Rochedale South. One person only. King single bed, bedside, desk and chair are provided. Ceiling fan and built in wardrobe are in the room. 2 minutes walk to Underwood Park, 3 minutes drive to Rochedale Village. Bus stop close by too. Water, internet and basic electricity are included in the rent. If using heavy duty appliances such as heater or portable air conditioner, electricity is not included in the rent. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance. No pets and no party. Full time working and clean people required.
