Below the apartment is Coorparoo square precinct which has a Movie theatre, bar, a number of restaurants, bottle shop, ALDI, Barbers and many other businesses downstairs. It’s a 5 minute walk to Coorparoo train station, and a 15 minute ride into the city for those that don’t own a car.
