Looking for a housemate or a couple, easy going, quiet, preferably working full time, clean, organised, respectful, in their mid 30’s ideally.

You will enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Under 10 min drive to CBD, 5 min to Roma Parklands, walking distance to Victoria Park and Centenary Pool.

You will enjoy a cozy room in a big townhouse, with AC, semi private bathroom, (shared toilet with visitors) access to balcony, Wifi and a queen bed, with bedding and pillows.

Coffee station with Nespresso machine, laundry and a small theatre room with access to Netflix and Paramount.

Location could not be better. Close to the city but away from the noise at night.

You will be sharing the house with myself, and another person or couple. Each room has their own bathroom.
