Looking for an easygoing, clean, respectful, quiet, organised, preferably working full time, in the mid 30’s.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to live. Under 10 min drive to CBD, 5 min to Roma Parklands, walking distance to Victoria Park and Centenary Pool.

You will enjoy a cozy room in a big townhouse, with AC, fan, semi private bathroom (sharing only toilet w/visitors) access to balcony, Wifi and a double size bed, with bedding and pillows.

Coffee station with Nespresso coffee machine, laundry and a small theatre room with access to Netflix and Paramount.

Location couldn’t be better, close to the city but away from the noise at night.

You will be sharing the house with me and another couple or single person, still to be confirmed. Each room has their own bathroom.
