Large master bedroom with ensuite available now in Rocklea.
$290 per week, including wifi, excluding all other expenses.
Sharing with a professional 42yo female and two extremely handsome floofster rescues.
As there are already two cats in the home, we are sorry to decline further pets.
Close to public transport.
Street parking in a quiet area.
Deck to enjoy sitting on.
The room itself is not furnished, but the rest of the house is.
I like things in shared areas to be reasonably tidy and clean.
You can do what you like in your bedroom in terms of keeping it tidy, but I prefer to avoid having vermin in my home so a reasonable standard of cleanliness is expected.
The chair and the ottoman in the room can stay or I can remove them – it’s up to you.
