Wanna be my new housemate?

The house: high-set located in Seventeen Mile Rocks. It is fully furnished and includes a big kitchen, large balcony, bbq, comfy couch, smart TV, laundry… Internet is 5G unlimited. There is 1 shared bathroom with separate toilet. The backyard is lovely, it is like a private little oasis!

The room: quite spacious with a built-in wardrobe. It can be furnished or unfurnished.

Housemates: You’ll be sharing the house with myself and a 10yo cat (Jasmine). She’s a bit of a princess and lives indoor only. About me, I’m an environmental scientist in my mid-30s. I’m easygoing and generally pretty quiet. I enjoy sharing the occasional dinner, cheese and wine or tea and biscuits.

Rent is $250 per week $20 per week for bills (water, electricity, internet)
