About this room

Share upstairs self contained level of my house with my 29 year old son and possibly one other lodger. Shared level consists of eat in kitchenette, lounge room, balcony, bathroom, separate toilet and adjoining vanity area. I live privately on the ground floor of my home.

Room available is furnished with double bed, bedside table, chair, desk, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Rent includes all household bills plus high speed internet. Rent is always two week in advance. Minimum stay is two weeks. Length of stay is flexible. No bond required. All bedrooms and common areas are for paying lodgers only.

Carseldine is a great, safe and convenient area. Walking distance to Carseldine train station, buses, and surrounded by supermarkets and many amenities. This is a respectful household, we are friendly but mostly keep to ourselves. We are looking for a male or female aged between 25-45 who shares the same values, pays their rent on time and is clean. Must be working full time. Street parking. Singles only. Non smoker. Not suitable for couples, pet or children.
