Share upstairs self contained level of my house with my 29 year old son. I live privately on the ground level of my house. Shared level consists of eat in kitchenette, sitting room, balcony, shared bathroom,separate toilet with adjoining vanity area. Rent includes all household bills plus high speed internet. Complimentary fortnightly cleaning of common areas is provided by me – lodgers are required to clean up after themselves straight away. All bedrooms and common areas are for the comfort and enjoyment of paying lodgers and residents only.

BEDROOM – Furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

CARSELDINE is a lovely, safe and convenient area. 12 minutes walk to Carseldine train station. 5 minutes to regular buses. House location is surrounded by many amenities within close proximity.

RECAP – Suit male aged between 25-35 living out of a suitcase, respectful, pays their rent on time and has full time employment. All prospective lodgers must be available to come and view accommodation and for a meetup. Recent rental reference required. Rent is always 2 weeks in advance.
