I live in a beautiful 3 level townhouse that backs onto Palmers GC Golf course. So quiet & peaceful! 800m walk to Bond University or a 3.5km drive. The lower level has my bedroom & lounge room & flows out to grassed area & it’s own pool. The middle level has another lounge room, kitchen, dining, powder room and a balcony over looking the golf course. I’ve ordered a brand new lounge (King Furniture) arriving in May. On the 3rd level, there are 2 bedrooms, a powder room, a large bathroom with a bath also, plus a study nook. One of the rooms is vacant. It is unfurnished & has a built in cupboards. It’s $310 per week including all bills, internet, Netflix. The home has zoned, ducted aircon throughout.
