About This Job

K Soul BBQ is located in Cleveland, just a stone’s throw away from the water. You will be working with a young, friendly and vibrant crew, all eager to learn new skills. We are a busy venue with amazing potential, producing quality wagyu meat for BBQ and Korean fried chicken looking to grow into a Korean inspired menu. This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to grow with the business in its success.

We currently operate 7 days for lunch and dinner, with possibility of a 4 or 5day working week to achieve that work/ life balance. The position is a full-time or part-time.

The role

We’re looking for motivated Restaurant Supervisor to manage our restaurant, support our teams, and grow the brand with us.

Qualifications & experience Ideal for the role

Food safety and alcohol service certification
Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Excellent functions management skills
Korean Cuisine Proficiency
Skills and experience

Your tasks

You will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
Role model and reinforce K Soul BBQ’s people and culture standards
Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.
