The townhouse is convieniently located close to shops and restaurants in a peaceful home with Adele, Cathrine aged 20 to 40 plus with 2 cats called Louie and Sookie in a 4 bedroom home. There will only be 3 people but it feels like 2 ppl in the large townhouse.
We are into nature , meditation and yoga, and music.
I will require a commitment of a minimum of 6 months – 1y stay!
The rent is $350 per week. Bond is 3 times a week, in total $1400 inclusive of 1 weeks rent in advance. with NO bills, so other bills… water, wifi, and electricity are inclusive with the rent. Saving you up to $100 per week.
