House and room well furnished and equipped – so all you need is yourself, your personal belongings, and the ability to share a home in harmony with other like-minded people. Air conditioning, electricity, internet, and Netflix are all included for $325 per week. Your only expense would be your food and personal consumables.

2 weeks Bond – 2 weeks Rent in Advance – 2 weeks Notice to Vacate – 3 Months Minimum Stay (but much longer stays preferred).
