This study room is privately located upstairs with external access from the main house. It has two generous size balconies that provide the place with ample natural light, and great breeze as it is situated at the top of a hill. It has a great size kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven, a large fridge and more than enough bench and cupboard space. It is fully furnished, including queen-size bed and two seater couch, kitchen appliances and crockery. Electricity, gas, water and internet is all included in the weekly rent. It is well located with less than 500m walk to the water and the local cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a bus top out the front of the house also.

It does not include washing machine, however at the end of the street (300m) is a laundromat. There is a ceiling fan but no air conditioner. When accessing the room you will need to enter through the main gate and then walk around the back to the external stairs. You will not have access to any of the ground facilities, as this is only for our family.

We are a lovely family of four with two beautiful young children. We are both working parents, out most week days. We are early to bed and early to rise and respect our neighbours keeping noise to a minimum. We take pride in our home, keeping the garden and outdoor space well maintained.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is single, no young children, does not have pets and does not smoke. Wanting accommodation for a minimum of 6months as well.
• Rent is $370 per week. This includes all bills, internet, gas, water and electricity.
• Bond is 2 week rent.
• Rent to be paid weekly and same day each week.
• Please be aware that we have a binding agreement to sign stipulating the rules and regulations.
