Quality house in a green leafy area, 20 minutes from the city. Most of the house has been renovated by a professional decorator, and has an open, natural feel. The room is air-conditioned with a built-in robe, and comes with off-street parking.

Outdoors there is a salt-water pool with a spa function, and a large entertainment area with nice timber furniture. The sub-tropical gardens were also professionally done, and the gardens visible from the living areas are lit up at night. When walking up to the house, you first come to the fishpond and then the stained-glass entry featuring birds.

The lounge room has a built-n combustion heater to heat up the house on cold nights, whilst the spacious, air-conditioned family room is great when you want to cool down.

Other features include very nice bathroom (double vanity, heat lamps, large shower, mirror has built-in demister), large skylights in family room, quality carpets, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc.

For the security-conscious, there are security screens, a security system, security lighting, and video doorbell (via app).
