Private room share house in a quiet, peaceful area in Mudgeeraba short drive to Robina. The room has built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and desk and chair. Single bed with firm ikea mattress available as well.

Large lounge, living, dining and deck areas. Beautiful garden and a 12m lap swimming pool. Upstairs bathroom and toilet, downstairs laundry and extra toilet. Compost bin. Share large living, bathroom and kitchen areas with two others in early to mid 20s working fulltime.

240 per week includes all bills and wifi internet for single person. $300 for a couple. Looking for someone who is working or studying full time who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. One off street car space available for $10 per week. Property is non-smoking. Indoor cat considered. Unfortunately property not fully fenced so not suitable for dogs.
