Private room for rent in burleigh waters, great location, it is 5min drive to Burleigh beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants and gym. We are about 7min drive to bond uni.
Our home is Clean and peaceful.
We have a beautiful outdoor area, lovely tropical plants.

We are looking for someone chilled, respectful that has a happy personality, someone that knows how to respect people’s privacy and clean after themselves.

We do not allow smoke anywhere in this property and like quite hours from 9:30pm to 5:30am as we work early morning. We would like to find someone with similar life style, don’t worry if you like sleeping in, we try to be very quite in the morning.
