About this room

Room comes with: Aircon, desk, queen-size bed, built in wardrobe.

House has: Double garage, washing machine, 2 fridges, main bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet) upstairs, secondary toilet downstairs. Furnished loungeroom, big tv, dining room, outdoor table, BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with my appliances, pots, crockery etc. so none needed.

We are both quiet people who keep to ourselves and keep the place tidy. I don’t really have guests over but no issue if you do as long as you clean up after yourself friends.

5 minute walk to bus stop for routes 150, 153, 155, 156, N154, P157
15 minute walk to Fruitgrove train station

No smoking in the townhouse but out the back is fine.
