About this room

We are 3 young professional women, looking for the 4th and final member of our household ❤️ We all work full time, lead busy lives and are clean and considerate. We are a social household and love heading out, going to see some music or getting outside in the sun 🌞

🛌 Your room: It’s a beautiful bedroom, with two nice big windows and your own aircon!

🌳: Arguably the best location in Brisbane!!! (We are walking distance from Gasworks, the river, the valley AND the city… what more could you want!)

🏡 The house: The house is large with multiple living areas, verandahs, balconies and a big back yard – so plenty of space to relax and chill outside of your room! The backyard is like our own little oasis in the middle of the city! We have a fish pond so it’s very zen 🧘‍♀️ 🐠

💵 Bills are not included in the rent, we all split them. There are solar panels on the house which help keep the electricity bill down! Paid monthly.

🐶 we have a dog who sometimes stays with us, a night or two a week!

🚗 There is usually street parking available on the street.

🥰 Our ideal roomie:
– a woman, working full time, aged between 22 – 28.
– Happy to help us keep the house looking snazzy and clean ✨
– Is friendly, open and accepting
– Is keen to live in a house with a good vibe
– Is down to join us for some fun, have some deep chats, go out for a beverage (or two), or embark on a cooking adventure 🧑‍🍳
– Respectful of everyone’s own personal space!
