* Looking for a single female (no shared room/no couple)
*The room is $350/week not including very low bills.

The room is unfurnished and comes with a built-in wardrobe. Can fit a queen size bed, large desk and bookcase/shelves.

The house is extremely spacious with lots of natural light and places to relax. The outside deck wraps around the whole house catching sun the whole day.

The house overlooks the creek and is just 10 minute’s walk to Currumbin Alley, 5 minute drive to the Pines Elenora and Palm Beach.

We’re looking for a tidy, respectful person who knows how to clean up after themselves. We would like someone who has similar interests to us too, see below in flatmate description.

Please note this is not a party house. We are all very conscious of noise and respectful of our neighbours.
