About this room

The house is a four bed family home with two living areas and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished however, there is some space to accommodate some extra furnishings if required. It also has a front loader washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. The smart tv is connected to Netflix,. So, you can stream whatever you like.
The home also has a ceiling fan in each room and is air conditioned. There is also a spare room that is shared for guests or craft/office activities.
The block is quite large and has a nice, green leafy outlook.
If you like cooking, we also have a herb garden, chilli bushes and dwarf lemon and lime trees. If gardening is your thing, there is plenty of room for you to plant what you wish.
The room may be furnished with a double bed or unfurnished if you wish. There is a full wall of mirrored built in robes.
The rent can be inclusive for $320 excluding internet if you prefer. Internet is available at a cost of $25pm for unlimited use or, you can bring your own.
Our home is conveniently located just a couple of minutes drive from Coles at Pacific Pines.
