About this room

Merrimac is centrally located to everything, the motorway exits/entrances are at either end of our street, Robina 5 mins away, the beach 15 away.
I’d love to find someone who has lived with pets before and understands the responsibility that comes with, but would love some puppy/cat cuddles! The pup is a very sleepy gal and is a great nap buddy! At the same time she’s happy to chill by herself all day if I’m not home as well and never pesters anyone. As they’re such a big part of the home I hope to find someone who will love them too.
The bedroom is cosy, has a built in wardrobe, plus the house has extra space for clothes and storage.
The house itself has an open plan plus a tucked away lounge, a big yard and beautiful deck. Lots of living space to spread out – including an open space for a desk if you have one or would like to set yourself up, or it could be a spot for yoga, sitting area, whatever works!
Room is unfurnished but house is!
All about a peaceful home, so we’d like to find someone who aligns in that way too.
The lease is standing until the beginning of Feb, with the option of you renewing and filling the other rooms if you’d like after that. But looking to fill it until end of lease, not temporarily.
