Looking for one housemate to take over the bottom half of a lovely townhouse at Alexandra Headland.

Available from 3rd June – but flexible, preferably someone moved in by mid June.

The two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs would be all yours – the second room is perfect for a study, workout room or extra storage.

Large kitchen and bright, airy shared living room upstairs, with amazing ocean views (the photos don’t do it justice!). Balcony as well!

My room is upstairs, so the split levels make it feel very private, but the shared area is also great for catching up and sharing a wine with your fellow housemate.

The location and *vibes* are truly amazing. Just minutes walk to Alex Beach and headland.

You’ll be living with me – I hope to find someone who can also become a friend, while of course respecting personal space, work from home and busy lifestyles! This place is so homely, I really want to keep it friendly and warm 🙂
