Current roommate is moving home, and I will be re-signing my lease for 6 months, but am currently looking to buy my own apartment, so I most likely won’t be extending again. Ideally looking for someone to sign the new 6 month lease with me.

Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in South Brisbane/ West End area. Not the biggest, but not the smallest, cosy would be an apt description. I have the ensuite, and slightly larger room with windows 💁🏼‍♀️, but you would have full use of the larger main bathroom to yourself, the internal bedroom, as well as the car park!

Bills (electricity/gas/hot water) are generally about $80 per person a month. Netflix/Stan/Disney+/Prime/AppleTV/Binge/Hayu accounts at no extra charge. We live like kings when it comes to streaming services. 😜
