If you study or work at QUT, UQ and/or the Brisbane CBD, RBWH, QCH, St Andrew’s hospital or Mater hospital this will be an ideal location.

You will have you own private room and access to your own bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is a sliding door which gives you access to some storage space and great for your room ventilation. There is a huge built-in glass mirrored wardrobe. There is a double bed with a mattress (you can bring you own too), Ikea white Tall boy and side table for your use in the room. Study table and a chair. The room is fully carpeted.

The lounge and kitchen is fully furnished (almost everything is provided) in an open plan setting. There is a washing machine and we get great sunlight for drying. You will love the view of the city from our very high balcony where I love to relax and read books. The balcony has some very wonderful plants which I take care of and welcome you to add to the collection.

There are two swimming pools and a gym to keep fit. Also offered is a BBQ station by the pool with lots of spaces to sit and chill in the garden. You will also have access to some meeting rooms available in the building.

The apartment is a less than a minute walk to QUT( surrounded by QUT CAMPUS) or the Village Shopping Centre that has a Woolies, F45, Library, Restaurants and Cafes, Hair Salons, Pharmacy, Medical Clinic and much more.

Victoria park is just behind the apartments, which has an amazing walking/running/cycling track. I love heading out there for a picnic, walk, run and you are most welcome to join.

On top of this, every Saturday there is a Market that has all the fresh fruits and vegetables, food stalls and random item stalls which is a must do tradition for me.

All you need to bring is your own linen and start living in this amazing place.

There is no parking provided, however within walking distance there is free street parking available on School street.
