We have a lovely, very large room coming available on 30th May in our very spacious, quality, waterfront home in Mermaid Waters.
The room is extremely big & has a full wall of floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, so plenty of storage space.
The room is fully furnished with QS bed including all linen & also has it’s own private ensuite.
All bills are included in the rent.

The home is a very large, quality, waterfront home in Mermaid Waters, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so everyone has their own space.
Home has fully ducted air con with each bedroom seperately controlled.
There are 4 very large seperate living rooms – 3 of them with TVs, plus a large undercover BBQ area which overlooks the pristine swimming pool and beautiful water views to the Broadbeach skyline.
The home is set in well maintained gardens and is only a short walk to Pacific Fair and light rail station. The bus stop to Broadbeach/Varsity/Robina is less than 1 minutes walk from the home.
A sizeable suburban shopping centre with the 3 supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gym, medical clinic etc is just 5 minutes from the house.
Beautiful Kurrawa Beach at Broadbeach is a short distance away and Nobbys, Mermaid, Miami beaches are only around 10-12 minutes drive away.
We do not accept pets.
All in all, the home is extremely central with easy access to all things Gold Coast, but situated in the quiet, upmarket suburb of Mermaid Waters
