I live upstairs and only need to go downstairs occasionally, since I store personal stuff in the living room. I work full time and am looking for someone who’s also working full time (not working from home)

$350/week inclusive of all bills (electricity, water & wi-fi) for a single girl only (1 person, no pets), must be working full time

3 weeks bond 2 weeks rent required, available for move in from the 20th April 2024

– 2 single sized bedrooms (with ceiling fan)
