The main living area is fully furnished, you just need your bedroom furniture. 7th Floor apartment with city views from balcony. There’s a BBQ area on the rooftop available for residents.

The apartment is one street away from Gasworks and close to Aldi/Goodlife gym.

There is no parking space available with the room, but other residents have them available to rent if you need one. Alternatively, there is some limited street parking available in the surrounding streets with a BCC permit. It is very close to the City Glider, Teneriffe Ferry, and Bowen Hills train station, so it would equally suit someone working in the city.
