The place is cosy with a lot character. It is mostly furnished, except your bedroom which you can fit a queen bed and wardrobe in. Room size 3x3m.

Since it would be a take over on the lease you would need to apply with the real estate and pay for half of the bond (which is 4 weeks rent)
