Rent: $347.50 per week (no bills included)

Bills: Around $60 per month per person (the flatmate pays the other half)

There is no WiFi in the apartment, my flatmate and myself use our phone data to browse with our laptops and works fine, however, there are WiFi services in the building if interested.

Start date: around December 20th and onwards

Lease end: March 30th 2024

You need to sign the new lease, after the owners review applicants and decide who moves in.

Spacious and breezy apartment located in Spring Hill Oxygen apartment complex.

The room comes with a Queen bed. 2 night tables, 1 night lamp as well as a clothes rack and a small shelf.

The bathroom is a huge piece with a stand-in shower, and a toiletry self and small closet.

Washer, dryer and microwave included in the apartment.

The complex offers access to an open outdoors space, a pool and a sauna, as well as a gym and steam room with access 24/7.

The flatmate is a quiet guy, who works split shifts morning and evenings. Not a smoker.

The move in dates are flexible (around December 20th), will be scheduling inspections and interested parties will need to provide the following to be taken into consideration:

– Full name

– Contact details (Email & Phone number)

– Photo ID document (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)

– Names and contact details of 2 references

There is a $50 fee to break lease (I will pay the remaining $60).
