2B, 2B 1C on the bottom floor of Ajax. The room has its own balcony with a garden. Own bathroom (shared laundry) and the apartment has another outdoor balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, so you would need to furnish the bedroom. There is a car park available which is included in the rent. If you do not require the car park, we can rent it out for $60/week (people in the complex always looking for off street parking).

The complex is very close to the river and restaurants. Newstead is an amazing area and the complex is very friendly. The pool is also a great feature.
