ONE PERSON ONLY (not a couple) can take a private bedroom and own bathroom for $420/week (bills included). Rent from 13 June 2023 or 06 July 2023. Photos of the bedroom and the bathroom are provided. You share this apartment with one or two flatmates, each flatmate has own bedroom and own bathroom. Quite apartment, no party or visitors. The flatmates are working professionals.

I’m an owner of a few apartments in this building. Also we have private studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Prices start from $650/week for a private studio apartment for one person, and $750/week/apartment for a couple or two friends. These apartments are available now and for any term.

Bills (electricity, internet, water, gas for hot water) included in rent.
