One bedroom to share with a female in my spacious fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse. It is furnished with a queen bed, table, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Rent $200 per week, including water, electricity and wifi. Bond (2 weeks rent) required.

You will have access to fast speed wireless internet and onsite car parking. And you will share the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom with me. To keep a good condition of the townhouse, you are expected to be neat, tidy and conscientious of water and electricity use.

This security gated complex is located at one of the most popular parts in Eight Mile Plains. 5 mins walk to Eight Mile Plains Shopping Centre & Express Bus stops. Minutes drive to Sunnybank Plaza , Westfield Garden City, M1 and all major facilities.
