Hey! We love our lives and for our home to have a sense of community, with each having their own space, while we also care for and encourage each other’s personal growth and happiness.
The home is SO BEAUTIFUL with a massive balcony to enjoy the outdoors.. a fantastic kitchen.. rooms apart a little for privacy.. and a large covered downstairs for hanging out and making stuff.
The right fit for our home is open to being social sometimes, where we might cook meals for each other, or maybe go to parties, gatherings and festivals.. basically help to make a happy life in a beautiful shared space!
We have a housekeeper for the big cleans and we each do the little things to keep our place comfy and cosy.

As it’s the main bedroom, you get exclusive access to the driveway for parking, and use of the nifty laundry chute so you’re never carrying laundry downstairs!

Anna (30) is the leaseholder. Also in the house is chill kiwi Brie (35) and our the most loveable intelligent emotionally aware furry puppy in the world, Thor (10 years old but still a puppy). You will probably fall in love with Thor like everyone else does.
Anna is currently in India and gets back in April. Anna is a therapist who works two days a week, one day in the office; Brie works five days a week in an office. Thor mostly sleeps in any comfortable sunny place he can find and gives us all constant love.
We love travelling, taking Thor for walks, going to doofs and music events, yoga, and sometimes having friends over for dinner or art afternoons. We have the odd house party a few times a year with only the very funnest people. Anna’s girlfriend stays over a few nights at a time when she’s up from nsw.
Included in rent is high-speed wifi, fortnightly housekeeper (yay!), lawn mowing and hedging, streaming services on the TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Binge, Disney Plus), electricity, water, gas. Bond is 2 week’s rent.

– 2 minute drive/5 minutes walk from Norman Park Train Station
– 10 minute drive to Westfield Carindale
– 10 minutes drive to CBD/Valley
Note: no smoking indoors, no under 25’s or over 40’s. Our preference would be to live with a couple, who don’t work from home and either have no pets or a cat, but we can be flexible if you’re the right fit!
