I am offering a nice room in a beautiful house in Highgate Hill.

High ceiling, white walls, wood on the floor every where except for the bathroom (tiles). Shared space: kitchen with fridge and gas stove, living room and bathroom (additional toilet downstairs), garden, storage rooms. There is a small laundry with washing machine and clothesline outside and inside. Quite street, no flooded, very good Internet connection, big garden, two storage room (one with locke), large availability street parking.

The room comes with furniture ( Queen bed, two chest of drawers, side bed, lamp, wardrobe eventually desk and chair).

Rental from June for all year. $300 with all expenses.

I am living with my 16 years old son and a cat we lookin for someone responsabile, reliable, mature, clean and sociable. We will respect spaces and we don’t have any preconception about age, gender, sexual orientation, religion we just looking for a good compatible person.

I can’t rent to couple sorry just a person. No others pets sorry because our cat is already menaced by others cats outside and he left a house which was shearing with a dog. He not will be happy to letting in others animals. He will do it an exception just for a human.
