Gorgeous city views and next to the Gasworks, the apartment has a pool, BBQ area, gym, air conditioning, close to a million gyms, pubs, cafe’s and it’s literally walking distance from everything.
Your room is the master with an ensuite and study nook, it comes unfurnished while the rest of the apartment is mainly furnished.

Unfortunately the room doesn’t come with off street parking but can be rented from neighbours in the building for extra cost, but there is metered on street parking and unmetered nearby.

– 2 min walk to Gasworks
– 15 mins walk to the Valley and Bowen hills stations
– 30 min walk to CBD/ 15min bike ride
– 3 min walk to James Street
– 10 min drive to QUT
– 5 min drive to story bridge

Electricity and gas comes monthly $60-80pp, as well as unlimited wifi is $40pp, while water comes quarterly and is $10-20

Important:
You would be put on the lease starting 1/03/23 ending 1/9/23, with the lease more than likely being renewed after that. You’d also need to be approved by the property manager with all the documents etc.
