I’m looking for a sharer to live in Woodridge near Underwood.

The location is Underwood Burnings.

It’s a two-story house.

I live on the second floor and my husband and child 2 live on the first floor.

I’m looking for someone to live on the first floor.

We have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and living room all on the first floor.

There is also a 530-liter refrigerator to share.

There is a coffee machine, kettle toaster, induction stove, and all kitchen utensils.

The room has a queen size bed (linens included) fan desk chair.

There is a separate entrance from the second floor.

The first floor is for two people only.

I am looking for a single female only.

The price is $270 a week for a single with all bills included.

Available date is December 28th.

Nearest bus station 7 min walk

Kingston rd at Rudge street

(20 min bus ride to Garden City Westfield)
