Large master bedroom w/ ensuite in our stunning house located on the Cannon Hill / Murarrie border.
Welcome to our Palace!
We love share-housing and everything that comes with it – so long as it’s done right! We love new friends, easy chats, house-pasta-nights, impromptu brewery trips 🤣 flexible and easy living with like minded folks.
💒 More room than you know what to do with
– large rooms, 2 x kitchens, 2 x loungerooms. It’s an easy place to share 🙂
– We love our friendly dynamic, but we also love having enough space to spend time alone. And we can do it here with ease, and without having to be locked in our bedrooms
– There are separate living/dining/hanging-out spaces aplenty – my favourite is the massive outdoor balcony with far reaching views with a book and a glass of wine
💒 Excellent layout
– The Palace is a modern, very-fit-for-purpose 2 storey space on the Cannon Hill and Murarrie border.
– Massive lounge room – wonderful for relaxing with a book after a hard day at the office
– Two open plan kitchens, both gas stovetops, caesarstone benchtop. For the foodies and the prep cooks
– Second downstairs lounge room!!
– Large shared balcony and second outdoor patio space
– Views as far as the eye can see, with high ceilings and lots of airy space
– Air-cons on every level mean we don’t have to face the humidity, and there are powerful ceiling fans in each room
💒 About the gang
– The aim is for drama-free and friendly professionals/students generally between 23 and 33 (with a little wiggle room on age for the right folk)
– We’re looking for people who love a good, deep conversation, a shared cooking adventure and a drink or two on the weekend
– We’re friendly and open and we love hanging out with each other and in our fancy rooms
– We all work together to keep the house looking as shmick and palace like (as the name suggests)
💒 Nice private space
– The layout and sound proofing means that wherever you are in the house you feel like you have space
-There is a possibility for a furnished room (if this is what you need, be sure to include details when you send a message)
💒 Never short on fridge space or bathrooms
– All housies have at least 120L each of fridge space each
– Our house has 3 modern bathrooms, including one with a bath that has spa jets. Everyone loves a bath, right?
💒 Inner south living at its best
– We’re on the Cannon Hill and Murarrie border. If you’re not familiar, you should check it out because it’s a truly lovely part of town!
– We’re a stone’s throw from the city (around 15-20 mins), plenty of bars and coffee shops and public transport is easy peasy.
💒 About the parking?
– More on-street parking than you could ever need!
– The Palace has some off street parking spots (we’re currently working out how these will be allocated – when you come visit, let me know what your preference is).
💒Simple bills
– Internet, electric, gas, and water are shared and tally to $30 fixed price per week.
– Unlimited NBN internet
