ABOUT THE HOUSE: We live in a spacious 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a great location! The rent per week is $230 and is inclusive of electricity, water, UNLIMITED ADSL2+ and rates! (Also Netflix in the living room TV).

ABOUT THE ROOM: The room for rent upstairs is a generous size with a large double sliding mirrored wardrobe, plenty of storage + another two more sliding doors for storage in the upstairs area, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a privacy lock. Shared bathroom and separate toilet upstairs as well as another guest toilet downstairs. It also comes with a double sized mattress and ensemble already 🙂

LOCATION: It takes only 6 minutes to drive to Westfield Carindale and 8 minutes to Garden City. The Mount Gravatt Plaza has a number of shops (Woolworths, Coles, cafes etc). There are many cool local restaurants/café just along the main road (Logan road) which is within walking distance if you love your coffee like we do! The M1 and M3 are only a matter of minutes away with easy access, super convenient! It roughly takes 12-15 minutes and you’re in the city.
