We’re very much about low key hangs with great people, who can spend time together, but appreciate each others space and need for downtime too!! The Ballistic brewery is just around the corner (which is both great and dangerous), as well as some great parks and hikes.

Who are we?, A is an insurance whiz and has great chat, M is in the tech startup/creative space, J is a friendly hospo manager and A is a analyst in insurance who will chat your ear off about every random topic under the sun. But job titles aside, we’re a pub-trivia-quadruple-threat, we like music, beer, wine, beer, pop-culture nerdy stuff, good movies, bad movies, good comics, terrible books, and cheeky conversation.

Our new housemate would be a drama-free cool cat, similar in age (we’re mid 20’s to early 30’s) who works or studies, likes the occasional friendly chat, and who appreciates a peaceful homespace.

✅ Brisbane summer, we’re ready for you – Each room has its own icy air-conditioning, so we’re more than ready for the Brisbane swelter.

✅ Simple bills – Internet (unlimited, speedy NBN), electric, and water are fixed and tally to $30 per week.

✅The whole house is furnished, just bring your own room furniture (bed etc.). If you don’t have room furniture, and want us to provide it for you, just let me know so we can work out the details/additional costs etc.

✅ Keeping things tidy is important to us, we’re super reasonable about it, but do firmly believe in the importance of not having to clean up someone else’s mess 🧹🧹

✅ Our house has 5 modern bathrooms, yep you read it right, 5 bathrooms, crazy huh?! but we like it.

✅ Location, location, etc, etc – Situated southside, we’re on the border of Salisbury and Coopers Plains – 13 mins to Brisbane City and 5 mins to Westfield Garden City, with loads of transport options – Walking access to local shops, QE2 Hospital and Nathan campus of Griffith University

✅ Lots of space to do your thang – The house is oversized, with a massive backyard (great for hangs). We have lots of separate little chillout areas, a patio, a backyard lounging area, an upstairs chill / hang space, and a downstairs open plan kitchen / lounge / dining space. Definitely enough space to retreat into, or hang with a buddy without feeling like you’re treading on anyone’s toes.
